6.1.7. reboot

reboot -- reboots the system

USAGE:

reboot [-hs]

DESCRIPTION:

reboot performs an immediate and complete system reboot.

OPTIONS:

• h Performs immediate full system reboot (hard).

• s Restarts Jessica application already in memory.

NOTES:

The sync command should be issued prior to reboot to assure that all user data are flushed to the hard disk.

EXAMPLE:

pSH+> reboot -h
