Configuration and Management

4.2.1 Changing Password

The default Ericsson W25 login password is “user”. You are recommended

to change the default password.

Overview Change 1. Click Change Password on the page. The

Password page is displayed:

3. Type the old password in the

Current Password field. If it is the first

time you change password, the old password is

user.

4. Type the new password in the New Password and Retype New

Password

fields.

Note: The password is case-sensitive (distinguish between

uppercase and lowercase letters) and can include up to eight

characters (letters and/or numbers).

5. Click OK .

4.2.2 Alarms

Alarms are generated when it is impossible to send or receive data. The

alarms are displayed in the

Alarms Overview section on the page. If there

are no alarms currently detected the text "

No alarms detected" is

displayed. If an alarm is detected, the Alarm indicator on the Ericsson W25

front panel is lit (red), and the corresponding cause is displayed according

to the table below:

There is no SIM card inserted, or the

SIM card is incorrectly inserted

correctly.
